| Biography |
I’m passionate about protecting the natural and cultural resources of Central Texas and helping others get involved in that work. Formerly an archaeologist, I now serve with the Williamson County Conservation Foundation, where I support efforts to protect endangered species, and the Bell County Historical Commission, where I help preserve local history. I’m especially interested in the ways natural and cultural resources overlap and what they can teach us about both our past and our future.
With more than 10 years of experience working with children and families in community programs, I’ve seen firsthand how eager young people are to learn and contribute. I believe youth are essential stewards of the legacies we leave behind, and I’m committed to helping spark curiosity, build knowledge, and inspire a lifelong passion for community service.
