Car pollution! I know most of you don’t drive, so try to be a good influence on your parents and talk to them about these suggestions.

2. Combine trips such as errands and going to different stores.
3. When the pandemic is over, ask your family to take public transportation when possible.
4. Encourage your parents to work from home if they can.
5. Ask your parents to drive wisely, going easy on the gas and brakes.
6. If your parents are getting a new car, encourage them to get a hybrid vehicle that don’t use as much gas (like my dad’s).
7. Don’t sit in a car that’s on (idling).
8. If you’re ordering multiple things online, ask for them to be packaged together so they will be delivered in one trip.
