| Biography |
I teach at the Carbondale Community School in Carbondale, Colorado, in a public K-8 Charter School. There are 135 students at the school and we started a school learning garden in 2014. We also have a garden club that meets in the fall and spring, and is open to all students to attend our weekly meetings. We have a school garden to lunch table program and are able to grow enough food for 6 meals that most of the students purchase. We grow lots of herbs, raspberries, strawberries and salad greens.
