I am a volunteer parent who has chaired the Green Schools student committee at Rochester Adams High School for the past four years. This year, I have 10 students (grades 9-12) who I guide and support throughout the school year on various ways to make a positive “green” impact on the students, staff, school and community. We meet every other week to discuss what these students are noticing at their school or in the community that could be changed to be more “green.” The students have a wide variety of interests and passions. I am open to all ideas and encourage them to go DO it!
