I am a fourth grade teacher in an independent school in Rhode Island, USA. My class size averages around 12-14 students each year, ages 9-10. I have been teaching for 24 years and believe strongly in Project/Problem Based Learning. I am exploring using the Roots and Shoots Framework to address issues of social justice, equity, diversity and activism.
