Chloe is a first-year college student from Rye Brook, New York. She’s passionate about environmental conservation, social justice, and community activism. She’s the leader of the Blind Brook Roots & Shoots club, where her favorite Roots & Shoots activities include organizing a tree-planting fundraiser, volunteering at a native plant sale, and setting up an initiative to compost school lunch trays! When she’s not doing projects with Roots & Shoots, you can find her volunteering at her local soup kitchen, curling up with a good book, or singing old disney songs. Chloe is also involved in ecology research where she studies the impact of overabundant deer in forests.
