I’m a mother of two and I work as a clinical lab scientist. I want to get my children, and children in my community, involved in protecting the environment and finding a love of science like I have. We live in a community surrounded by state parks and protected lands. As most people know, there are always individuals and situations that threaten our natural treasures. I want to make sure the future generations grow up to continue preserving what is theirs to inherit.
