Hello there, I am Anu ,Chartered Accountant by my educational qualification, and a Waldorf Teacher by choice. I have more than 10 years of Professional Work Experience in the corporate field, but it never satiated me. So my quest for my purpose led me to the gates of Waldorf (when my kid turned 2), and since then there has been no looking back. Since last 2 years I have been involved in learning and experiencing the magic of Alternate Organic Education. I wish to now further explore this magic and true foundation of Education and the idea is to bring about a revolution in Education. Because I believe every child has the right to such a beautiful education, and it hurts me to see so many children still going about schooling the painful way we all did I have read the works like – Education in Ancient India, Educational thoughts of Gandhi, Aurobindo and Vivekananda, Kingdom of Childhood, Steiner lectures and various other texts. Finally I understood they all talk the same thing, and the great Indian heritage was intentionally lost due to the Industrial and colonial times. I am now working towards a new initiative (I don’t know how soon can it start, considering the present scenario), which can explore the beautiful side of the Education, Schooling – A place which is blissful for every child to come to, from any strata of the society ( I know it’s all too good to be true).
