Protect The Earth+ 4 years, 3 months agoI had an idea for our next project of when we are done with the letter to Target. We can go around out neighborhood and collect trash, see who made the most harmful waste for animals, then send a letter to them? Random idea I had lol <3

That’s a really fun idea! I might do that after covid, since I don’t really go outside much anymore during the pandemic. But I definitely will do that after 😀

That would be really fun! You can turn a space into a wildlife place and plant flowers, plants, trees, etc. I was also thinking of planting a garden. However, I live in an apartment so I can’t. But in a week, I’m actually MOVING to a HOUSE in California (San Francisco) so I might also be able to make a garden. Thats a great idea to help wildlife! 🙂

Protect The Earth+ 4 years, 4 months agoThe thing is Target actually made a commitment to the environment and other stuff, however, though plastic bags are a HUGE issue, they don’t do much about that 🙁

They actually are trying to Grace. They posted on July 21 that they joined an organisation along with Walmart (etc.) and have already taken down plastic bags in Texas. THey do have a commitment, but they still are ccausing some problems.

(In a good way lol) I sent my letter and after I did research they are in association with Walmart and other big plastic using companies. They said they would tell the other companys they are accosiated with too. Once agian, I belive the fee and selling more for a profit will help to make a point.

Hi Jisette! Yep, we just started a project to get Target to ban their plastic bags, or put a small fee on it. We are going to write a letter! 📝
