Palm Oil Problems 5 years, 5 months agoHey everyone! I have a question about palm oil! Is there a substitute that companies can use in replacement for palm oil? If so, why don’t they? Is palm oil the cheaper option for companies?

Yes, palm oil is cheaper than other oils. Some companies use sustainable palm oil that supposedly isn’t grown in a place where rainforests were cut down, but often the “sustainable” palm oil actually has some sustainable palm oil and some palm oil that isn’t sustainable.
