Group Description
Our group was inspired by hearing Dr. Jane Goodall speak in Detroit in September 2025. Dr. Goodall stressed the impact that one child could make and it’s our mission to prove that children can make a difference whether it’s one piece of trash or one sapling at a time. Our focus is bettering our community and working to clean up Lake St. Clair through participating in a variety of initiatives. Our current focus is volunteering to support ecosystem rehabilitation at Lake St. Clair Metropark. We are a community minded group and plan to extend our work to the housing insecure and homeless. The mission of our group is to make meaningful change in our community.
