I’d like to take a second to give a quick shout-out to our favorite vegan ice cream: So Delicious! No, that’s what it’s actually called. A lot of vegan ice creams have exotic fruity flavors, apparently catering to vegans’ refined tastes. I, however, do not have refined tastes in the least. So Delicious offers tons of quality chocolate-based flavors! Some of the best are Double-Chocolate Truffle and Cookies and Cream. Unlike a lot of other brands, these flavors are set in an almond milk base, without the obvious (and sometimes repellent) taste of coconut. This brand can be found a quite a few international convenience and grocery stores as well, so it shouldn’t be too hard to locate if you’d like to try it!
