The Problem

Our large backyard is overgrown with invasive weeds and blackberries. It is also cluttered with my late husband's various unfinished projects, we we plan to repurpose where possible.

Our Plan

We plan to remove weeds and blackberries to create small habitats/biomes, varying by part of yard, sun exposure, etc. Ideally, we'll have a forest area, a meadow area, plants for pollinators, and shelter/water for birds and other creatures. While we are sheltering in place, this seems a perfect project, especially as we move from spring into summer.
