Position Title: National Program Director
My primary role is in developing and implementing Roots & Shoots’ bold strategy to ensure we’re on the right path to bringing about our vision: generations of leaders whose decisions are making the world a better place for all. I work with an incredible team both on day-to-day operations and visualizing our program’s path and impact in the future. My proudest moments are when I get to reconnect with my peers from Roots & Shoots or those that I have had the pleasure of mentoring. To hear that something I might have done, no matter how small it seemed to me at the time, is remembered or played a role in someone’s journey…that is why I love what do what I do.
